Fanmapper Terms of Service

By accessing or using Luckmon's websites, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• You/Your: Any user of the Service.
• We/Us/Our: Luckmon Inc.
• Content: All text, images, video, audio, reviews, ratings, event listings, chat, and other data on the Service.

• Your Content: Content you submit through the Service.
• User Content: Content submitted generally by users.
• Luckmon Content: Content created or licensed by Luckmon.
• Third-Party Content: Content or links from third parties included in the Service.
• Service Content: All of the above.

2. Changes to the Terms

Luckmon may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Your continued use after posting of changes evidences acceptance.

3. Using the Service

• Eligibility: Must be at least 16 (or 13 in the U.S.)
• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
• Availability: Luckmon may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service without notice or liability.

4. Accounts

To access some features, you must register an account. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. You may not impersonate others or maintain multiple personal accounts. Luckmon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

5. Your Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Luckmon and its users a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, modify, and otherwise use your content in connection with the Service.

You represent that your content:

• Is accurate and not misleading or defamatory
• Does not infringe any third-party rights
• Does not contain spam, viruses, or illegal material
• Complies with all applicable laws

Luckmon may remove or moderate content at any time at its discretion.

6. Ownership & Restrictions

• You own Your Content.
• Luckmon owns all Luckmon Content and Service Content not submitted by users. You may not copy or use our Content without express written permission.
• Luckmon's trademarks and designs are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Booking, Affiliate Links & Transactions

Certain features may let you book events, buy merchandise, or access third-party services. Luckmon is not liable for the fulfillment or quality of those goods or services. Affiliate links may be used; we may earn commissions without affecting your cost.

8. Representations & Warranties

You affirm that you:

• Have permission to submit your content
• Agree to our Privacy Policy
• Will not interfere with the Service or manipulate ratings or reviews
• Will not misuse the Service for prohibited or unsafe purposes

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Harass or threaten others
• Upload harmful code or spam
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Disrupt the Service infrastructure or security

10. Third-Party Content & Services

The Service may contain links or embed content from other websites. Luckmon does not control and is not responsible for any third-party content, services, or practices.

11. Termination

Luckmon may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice. You may also terminate by ceasing use or deleting your account. Sections governing ownership, liability, dispute resolution, and survivors will continue post-termination.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Luckmon provides the Service "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, reliability, or quality of the Service or content.

Luckmon is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputational harm. Our maximum liability is limited to $100 or the amount you've paid in the last 12 months—whichever is greater.

13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by California law.
• Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, CA. Class actions, group claims, or jury trials are waived.
• You may bring claims in small-claims court or for intellectual property violations outside arbitration.

14. Feedback

If you send us feedback or improvement suggestions ("Feedback"), you agree that Luckmon may use it freely, without compensation or obligation, under a perpetual, royalty-free license.

15. General

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Luckmon.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
• Luckmon may assign these Terms without restriction.
• These Terms do not create any agency or partnership.
